Phil Collins is Alive!

Phil Collins emerges with a walking stick after black eye!

The 65-year-old star, who has had a number of health battles, has announced five nights at the Royal Albert Hall next year.

Phil Collins is gearing up for a big comeback next year - announcing five nights at London's Royal Albert Hall.

But the 65-year-old star's career plans were nearly scuppered when he suffered a nasty fall in his bathroom, resulting in a black eye and bruising to his face.

Thankfully, the singer was looking a lot better today as he emerged for a photocall to promote his Not Dead Yet Tour.

He posed for pics wearing a blue zip up jacket, black trousers and a cap, before chatting to journalists at a press conference.
His team previously shared a photograph on Facebook of bruised face and explained what had happened, telling fans: "Oops! Phil said you should have seen the other guy!
But unfortunately Phil did take a fall on Wednesday night and bumped his head - he wanted you all to know he is ok and soldiering on. We are all wishing him a speedy recovery!"

He showed off his big shiner and managed a cheeky smile while wearing a dark blue polo shirt.

Phil also told the Evening Standard: "I fell in the bathroom. I went to sit down, and in fact instead of sitting down, I went forward. So it’s one of those things. I'm fine, but unfortunately bruising takes a long time to go down."

Fans have been sending their best wishes, with one writing on Facebook: "Wishing you all the best for complete healing and a speedy recovery. Just love you and your music Phil Collins.

"Your music has truly been a real inspiration in my life for many years. Best wishes always xxxx."
